A booking request constitutes acceptance of all House Rules in their entirety and complete acknowledgement of listing description from all guests on the reservation. - No parties or events are allowed. - Any small gathering is restricted and must be approved by and owner and must comply with all house rules - No additional guests without the owner's prior approval (including any visitors) over the number of guests stated on the reservation - No Smoking in the house - No parking on the gravel. Vehicles must be parked in the carport or in the designated offsite parking. Vehicles will be reported and towed by the Fire Marshal - Please do not take any linens or bath towels to the beach - Please respect my house and my neighbor. No loud music past sundown and no music or creating a disturbance in the neighborhood - Please minimize noise between 9pm-7am for all guests without exception. Complaints from neighbors to owner could result in an immediate eviction from the property and forfeiture of the rental amount.

The cleaning fee covers all linens, which includes sheets, bath towels, and beach towels. Additionally, your rental will include a starter pack consisting of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, and trash bags. Depending on the duration of your stay, please make arrangements to bring any additional supplies you may need. Parking: Our unit can accommodate two vehicles in the carport. If additional parking is needed, you are able to obtain a pass via the city to park at the local beach access points or any city parking - there is a beach access point just around the corner from us. Passes can be purchased in the lot using the QR code (parking for the week using QR code must be purchased between the hours of 9a-6p). The city has indicated that with a pass, these can be used overnight. The fire marshal is very strict about no one parking on the gravel as this is a code violation and your car will get towed.
